[Plans] Record saving and skins!

Record preservation will soon appear in the game (better late than never), and there are also plans to add a general rating system between players.

Also, for a variety of games, skins for the player, pipes, and possibly backgrounds will be added.

The performance of the "settings" button will also appear.
